  1. In a wok, add beef pieces, yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix and cook on medium flame.
  2. When water dries up and meat becomes tender, add red chillies, Bihari masala, and oil. Fry well.
  3. Add green chillies, lemon juice, black pepper, cumin powder, and salt.
  4. Cover and keep on dum (low heat steam) for 10 minutes.
