- Beef pieces β 1 kg
- Yogurt (whipped) β 1 cup
- Lemon juice β 2 tbsp
- Green chillies (finely chopped) β 4
- Cumin seeds (roasted and powdered) β 1 tsp
- Black pepper (crushed) β 1 tsp
- Red chillies (crushed) β 1 tbsp
- Bihari masala (packaged) β 1 tbsp
- Ginger/garlic paste β 1 tbsp
- Salt β to taste
- Oil β Β½ cup

π³ Method (How to Cook Bhuna Gosht):
- In a wok, add beef pieces, yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix and cook on medium flame.
- When water dries up and meat becomes tender, add red chillies, Bihari masala, and oil. Fry well.
- Add green chillies, lemon juice, black pepper, cumin powder, and salt.
- Cover and keep on dum (low heat steam) for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander or fried onions and serve hot with naan or paratha.
